Build & install

No mystery between the plans and the closeout.

A disciplined project rhythm keeps field decisions visible, quality measurable, and turnover useful.

Our process

Five clear phases.
One accountable team.

Every project is different, but the controls should be familiar. We use a repeatable framework and adjust the depth of each phase to the size and complexity of the scope.

01

Survey & define

Review drawings, walk the site, confirm existing conditions, identify constraints, and define a buildable scope before mobilization.

02

Plan & prepare

Coordinate pathways and schedule, validate materials, prepare labels and assemblies, and sequence the work around access and other trades.

03

Build & organize

Route, support, terminate, dress, and label the infrastructure with consistent workmanship from the pathway to the patch field.

04

Test & correct

Certify applicable copper and fiber links, investigate failures, correct deficiencies, and retest until the agreed performance standard is met.

05

Document & turn over

Reconcile field conditions, assemble closeout information, walk the completed work, and hand off an infrastructure system ready to operate.

Quality control

We do not call it complete because the cable is pulled.

  • Pathway and workmanship review
  • Label verification
  • Copper and fiber testing as scoped
  • Deficiency correction and retest
  • Closeout documentation
